Senza account

Il calcolatore funziona nel tuo browser. Ricette, farine e forni salvati, lingua e preferenze restano nella memoria locale del tuo dispositivo e non ci vengono inviati.

Con account e abbonamento

• Account: indirizzo email, password (conservata solo in forma cifrata non reversibile da Supabase: nessuno può leggerla) e identificativo utente (e, se usi Google, nome e immagine del profilo forniti da Google). Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto.
• Abbonamento: piano, stato, date di rinnovo e identificativi cliente/abbonamento ricevuti da Paddle. Non riceviamo né conserviamo i dati della carta.
• Dati che salvi nell’account: ricette, setup, farine e forni salvati, il diario delle cotture (note, voti e foto che scegli di caricare) e, se attivi gli avvisi, l’indirizzo tecnico di notifica del tuo browser con gli orari dei promemoria (cancellati dopo 7 giorni). Li vedi solo tu e puoi eliminarli in qualsiasi momento. Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto.
• Dati tecnici: i log dei server del provider di hosting (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta) per sicurezza e funzionamento. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse.

Non usiamo cookie di profilazione né strumenti pubblicitari. Usiamo un cookie tecnico di sessione (pm_at) per riconoscere l’accesso e la memoria locale del browser per le preferenze.

Fornitori

• Supabase (autenticazione e database), server nell’Unione europea
• Paddle.com (pagamenti, fatturazione e imposte, come Merchant of Record e titolare autonomo per i dati di pagamento)
• Cloudflare (hosting e rete; Turnstile, la verifica anti-bot dei moduli di accesso e registrazione, che tratta dati tecnici del browser e l’indirizzo IP)
• Resend (invio delle email di accesso, conferma e recupero password)
• Google Fonts (caratteri tipografici) e, solo se lo scegli, Google (accesso)

Alcuni fornitori possono trattare dati fuori dall’UE con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (clausole contrattuali standard o decisione di adeguatezza).

Conservazione

I dati dell’account restano finché l’account esiste. Se chiedi la cancellazione, eliminiamo account e dati di abbonamento, salvo quanto la legge ci obbliga a conservare.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opporti al trattamento scrivendo a [email di contatto]. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Without an account

The calculator runs in your browser. Saved recipes, flours and ovens, language and preferences stay in your device’s local storage and are not sent to us.

With an account and subscription

• Account: email address, password (stored by Supabase only as a one-way hash: nobody can read it) and user ID (and, if you use Google, the name and profile picture Google provides). Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Subscription: plan, status, renewal dates and the customer/subscription IDs we receive from Paddle. We never receive or store card details.
• Data you save in your account: saved recipes, setups, flours and ovens, the bake diary (notes, ratings and any photos you choose to upload) and, if you turn on alerts, your browser’s technical notification address with the reminder times (deleted after 7 days). Only you can see them and you can delete them at any time. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Technical data: the hosting provider’s server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We use no profiling cookies or advertising tools. We use one technical session cookie (pm_at) to recognise your sign-in, and the browser’s local storage for preferences.

Providers

• Supabase (authentication and database), servers in the European Union
• Paddle.com (payments, invoicing and tax, as Merchant of Record and independent controller for payment data)
• Cloudflare (hosting and network; Turnstile, the anti-bot check on the sign-in and sign-up forms, which processes technical browser data and the IP address)
• Resend (sending sign-in, confirmation and password reset emails)
• Google Fonts (typefaces) and, only if you choose it, Google (sign-in)

Some providers may process data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. If you ask for deletion, we delete your account and subscription data, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to [email di contatto]. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
